APPA staff want to make sure your presentation is a success.
This site contains information that will be helpful to you as you prepare for your presentation and to join us this July!
Registration
All speakers are required to register for the event. Registration portal can be accessed by clicking here and login with your APPA credentials. As you enter the portal a SPEAKER rate will be available for you to access receiving a discounted rate.
AV Support
Each session room will be set with a LCD, Screen and computer to allow for your presentation. If you are requesting to bring your own unit, please notify APPA Staff so we can coordinate with the AV support team. NOTE: Internet will be made available in the meeting space should your presentation require it.
Hotel Accommodations
All speakers are responsible to make their own hotel accommodations. APPA 2019 Annual Conference & Exhibition has arranged for a special conference rate at our headquarter hotel of Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel located at 1550 Court Place, Denver, CO 80202. For reservations please dial 888.627.8405 and mention APPA to receive the special conference rate.
Session Material Development
APPA will begin to submit for AIA credits for all presentations to be offered at APPA 2019. If your session is awarded credit allowance you will be contacted with additional instructions that will be a requirement of your final PPT file.
